After the stain treatment, the rugs are given a thorough Deep Steam Clean (NOT just hot water!) using our state of the art machines, The Best 1 team uses our up to date products to remove lasting dirt & oils from within the Rug/s. We can also use our rotary scrubber to get to those hard to move stains.

Your Rug/s will be left free of any cleaning products and residues by using our last step injection process. This is only available on our powerful truck mounted machines. It’s the safest and most hygienic way to leave your Rug/s.

• Pre-Inspection. For the condition of each rug, look for fading, discoloration, stains, wear, pre-existing damage, colour instability and odours. Best 1 determines the clean ability of each rug and the correct cleaning procedure to be used.
• Dust. Dust and particulate matter lying deep within the rug are removed using specially designed tools. Traffic areas and dry soil can be like sandpaper on the fibres, vacuuming, shaking, or beating is not as effective as a professional steam clean.
• Pre-Treatment. Spots, spills and stains using advanced products.
• Pre-Cleaning. Traffic and heavily soiled areas (Discolouration, fading, not reversible.)
• Agitate. This dissolves, and helps to extract the ground in soils.
• Rinse. To further remove soil and cleaning residue using our last step injection process fitted to our powerful Truck Mounted machines (to restore the natural feel).
• Restore. The nap on our Orbis spinning machine with special grooming tools.
• Final Grooming. To stand fibres up again after the cleaning process.
• Dry time. 1-2 hours
