d. allow the cleaning solution a dwell time on the carpet before cleaning starts – dependent on the type of carpet,
e. use a 14 inch cleaning wand to inject steam into the carpet and to apply high air-flow extraction to remove the soiled residue,
f. groom the carpets with a carpet rake, to stand the fibres up and to assist in a faster drying time  (usually within 30 minutes), and
g. we will use blowers if faster drying times are required.

 The cleaning wand has a Teflon glide on the end of the wand to help to protect the carpet fibres from being caught on the steel housing of the wand. This also allows us to achieve approximately 80 wand strokes per minute, so that we   extract maximum moisture in minimum time.
