Very pleased to have chosen best 1 cleaning. The job was completed efficiently and the communication I received from Sam was very effective. Once completing the job Sam mentioned the house was actually classed as a 6 bedroom rather than a 5 bedroom property due to the size of the living room. However no extra charge was made which was beyond generous. An extremely friendly staff team. Thank you.

Needed someone last minute and (Sam) came on Saturday, the responsiveness was excellent! I forgot my keys however and he was happy to wait. Sam really went the extra mile. I know this because I had done research and compared with other companies and found BEST ONE to be best for value and upon seeing the results (especially where I knew there were troubled areas) Sam was able to make it super clean. Very impressed. Highly recommend this company and their service.

Responsiveness is top nutch!!! The agent named SAI that did our cleaning was very polite and efficient. He was very swift with the cleaning and no complaint however little. Fantastic job. I highly recommend them. If you get SAI, then you are luckiest!

Sam did a fantastic job. The carpet is clean and, as agreed, he didn't use any chemicals. Having a 10month old baby, this was very important to me and i was pleasantly surprised that the carpet smelled just clean and didn't have any fragrance.
Sam was very reliable, punctual, honest, friendly and professional.
Second job with him and i will definitely call him again.

They helped me so much! Also, my call was an urgent request - I had 6L of water in my carpet. They got the extraction done and were so lovely and reassuring. I'm happy with the price, its on the lower end of the range for this service.

I had these guys do a pest service for me at my residence they were on time and very polite and I know how persistent ants are at coming back and as a few spots in my house they did I rang and there was no argument they were so lovely and came back in a few days and on time again. Would 100% recommend these guys!

Wow, my carpets and lounge suite looks like new. Sam did an amazing job. Very thorough, arrived on time and managed to get stains out of my lounge which I thought could not be removed. I will definitely be using this service again. Thanks Sam !

I wish I could upload photos because my carpets where honestly horrid and these guys did an absolutely FANTASTIC job at getting out pretty much every stain and the carpets look amazing to hand back over to our real estate. The price was even better 👌🏻 I would 100% recommended these guys for your next job.

I had Best 1 Cleaning and Pest Control clean 5 bedrooms today. Absolutely fantastic. On time, dressed well, very polite, moved furniture, nothing was a problem, quick and most importantly did a great job. Carpets look great. Also a massive thankyou to Best 1 for doing our job and arriving in short notice after another arranged carpet cleaner did not turn up to a pre arranged time or contact us to advise. Highly recommended. 5/5

We had to arrange a rush carpet clean for our house and Sam was so nice to accommodate us at a time most convenient for us. He was also very friendly, and knows his job well! He did a great job at our house. The difference difference of the carpet was very visible from before it was cleaned. I highly recommend BestOne and would definitely hire them again!

Great job done by Sam today, had both internal and external pest control done, and our carpet and couch cleaned. All done by one man in 2 hours, arrived on time and friendly. Very reasonable prices with a year warranty on the pest control. From quoting to finishing, processes were all quick and easy! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I contacted best one cleaning for a quote for carpet cleaning of 4 bedrooms and pest control treatment. They were very prompt to respond with a great price! Shiva came to.our house and as was super friendly and polite. He did an amazing job on the carpets, they look flawless! Had my carpets cleaned by a top bloke named Sai. He was a friendly dude who just charged me for the rooms and not the small hallway. He knew his stuff and got on with the job as efficiently as a 1990s Finnish Formula 1 driver. Carpets are now fresher than the outfit I bought for an upcoming hot date. Now all I need is the date.

I had Sam from Best 1 complete our end of lease carpet cleaning and pest control this week and he did an amazing job. Very professional and friendly and left everything sparkly clean! Would definitely recommend Best 1 to anyone, and will be using them again myself.
